Thyme, Aromatic and medicinal herb
Thym is a well-known culinary and medicinal herb with little rose and white flowers.
This plant contains essential oil with a powerful disinfectant called thymol that is effective against bacteria and fungi.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) grows on our aromatic plants plot. Thyme is best cultivated in a hot sunny location with well drained soil, growing wildely in the Mediterranean savannas and shrublands.
Thyme is widely used in cooking, in southern France cuisine.
A tea made by infusing the herb in water can be used for cough and bronchitis. Medicinally thyme is used for respiratory infections in the form of a tincture, tisane, salve, syrup or by steam inhalation.
Because it is antiseptic, thyme boiled in water and cooled is very effective against inflammation of the throat.
We suggest Kraft paper sachet of Thyme 1.7 oz (as shown in the picture opposite ), but also as brend such as aromatic herbs salt jar 10 oz, or Grilling sauce jar 3 oz (aromatic herbs blend based) and Thyme vinegar 7 oz.
