Common sage, Aromatic and medicinal herb

As a member of the same family of Rosemary, the name Sage (Salvia officinalis) is derived from the Latin word salvare witch means « to save » referring to its medicinal properties and values.

But Common sage is very used as a kitchen herb with slight peppery flavor, for flavoring fatty meats, Sage Derby cheese, poultry or pork stuffing.

Salvia officinalis has numerous common names such as Common sage, Garden sage, Kitchen sage, True sage, Culinary sage, Dalmatian sage, Broadleaf sage, Purple sage and Red sage.

Consumed as a tea, herbal infusion, the Sage has antibiotic, antifungal, astringent, antispasmodic, estrogenic, hypoglycemic, and tonic values, it also stimulates the memory.

We suggest Kraft paper sachet of Sage 0.7 oz.
It also included in the composition of Cushions of aromatic herbs.

A Silver medal

A silver medal for the "Pastis des Homs" at the 47th International Agricultural Show on March 2010.

We are very proud to win this silver medal because it was the first time that we presented our Pastis at this Agricultural Show.
We will try to continue to satisfy our customers with the high quality of our aperitifs and our spirits.

Winner of the silver medal at the 2010 General Agricultural Competition, this pastis was created by an Aromatic plants producer on the "Plateau du Larzac".
Anise, Liquorice and about 15 ingredients from aromatic Plants bring fabulous richness and sweetness to this "pastis". Women love it!
