Pastis des Homs

Pastis des Homs is a creation of Aromatiques D'HOMS. (Homs is the name of our farm and means "young elm tree" in our old regional french language, a Romance language named occitan and spoken in Southern France).

For many years, we have specialised in the making of aromatic plants and ancient fruits.
We use them to create different aperitifs, including the « Pastis des Homs » (anise-flavored liqueur), the Eglantine of the Causses (rose-hip Aperitifs), Chantelune (Gentian based Aperitif), Quince Brandy

Amelanchier, shadbush, serviceberry

From wild fruits, or ancient ones, we create some excellent eau-de-vie : Rosehip, Mirabelle plum, Prune and Sloe.

We also grow an entire range of aromatic plants that we use for our infusions and to flavour our white wine vinegars.

Roses petals

We make cushions stuffed with plants for your well-being, herbs based salt to complement your cooking, a grill sauce for your barbecues …

Don't hesitate to come and discover all these products in our shop as you visit the Causse or otherwise in our online shop.
