Pastis des Homs
The "Pastis des Homs", home-made pastis, is an aperitif flavoured with aniseed which associates aniseed and liquorice to plant aromas - thyme, rosemary, savory, and so on, to a total of 15 aromatic plants - grown on the Larzac plateau, in the heart of the Grands Causses Natural Park.
